Q: How will I receive my tickets?
A: All tickets will be delivered by email and you will receive all tickets with a QR code. You must print off / present the QR codes that you receive to be scanned to enter the event.
Q: What if I do not receive my tickets?
A: First you would want to make sure that your email provider did not mark the tickets as spam. It is possible that your email provider will flag these are spam. If you do not find them in spam, you can contact us at email@example.com with your order number and we can help resend your tickets.
Q: Will all my tickets come in one email or individually?
A: Yes, all tickets will arrive in one single email. Depending on how many tickets you order, all tickets will be in the body of the email with their QR code for each one. You can simply print them out or have them ready on your phone to scan at the gate.
